You can cancel up to one month before your booking for a full refund. After that, deposits are non-refundable, except in the event of hurricanes or severe weather, where a full refund will always be provided.

For French Quarter events, we usually meet at 420 N Rampart Street before walking to your venue. We'll confirm all meeting details when your booking is finalised.
